I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the surroundings were stunning with beautiful gardens and multiple pools to choose from, the reception and some services left much to be desired. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to Patong Beach, but the overall service was inconsistent, with some staff being friendly while others weren't very welcoming.
